CNY BBQ Gathering

Every year without any miss, I will try to arrange some gathering during Chinese New Year for my close buddy or also known as ASOB geng. So this year, together with the help of Pengerusi of the this year, Yit Shern, we managed to once again have our successful gathering at my house. As usual, we will go shopping together for all the ingredients for our BBQ sessions and try to less depend on our parent which I believe is busy entertaining family members and friends who came to houses for CNY.

No.10 - Yit Shern - Pengerusi of BBQ Gathering 2009 together with Mc Kaye playing cleaning the sotong.

Using back the BBQ Set that we have customise last year. Haha. Everybody was just so excited to begin BBQ.

As usual, we have sausages, chicken wings, sweet potato, sweet corn, stingray, fishes, prawn and burger. Luckily this year we managed to control the food. So not much food wasted like last year.

CNY will never complete without fire crackers. Haha. But this year, we make it to the next level. We managed to customise the red fire-crackers and make it as long as 24 feets. Just imagine how long it is. The problem is we have no ideas how to setup such a long fire crackers, until ...

our Mr Mc Kaye starting to use his McGuyWer thinking to resolve the problem while everybody else is waiting for the countdown.

Still setup up the fire cracker.

Taa-dah... hang over the fire cracker over the electric cable which I think a bit crazy but Mc Kaye assure me that will be ok. Damn crazy!

Luckily everything was perfect according to plan. If not, we will end up or BBQ with any electricity and get free caunselling from my parent that for sure.

Last but not least, we have our group photo together. Some are not inside the pictures because they have to go back early and some have to rush back to their KL and SG.  Special thanks to ASOB geng likes Ah Hung, Yit Shern, Mc Kaye, Julian (VIP member.. Haha) and Ah Chiew. If I never mentioned your name, dun get mad la. Hehe!
