Lomo at Pulau Kukup

All this photos are taken during my last year visit at Pulau Kukup by my lomo camera. Actually I already forgotten that I have not developed the film.

The place that we stayed.


Pulau Kukup is not an island but dunno why they called it island. Anyway, it is a nice fishing village.


All we can do there is walk walk and...


and sit sit until ...

One day outing at Bagan Lalang

Supposed to be company one day outing at Port Dickson but end up we landed at Bagan Lalang. This is the first time I BBQ for lunch at beach. Luckily the weather is not that bad. It will be better if we could BBQ at waterfall area which will be more refreshing but for this time... the theme should be beach. So we need to take some picture of beach and we end up at Bagan Lalang after all.

I have been to Bagan Lalang few times already. And I still remember the last time was fishing at the middle of the sea with bunch of colleagues like Azzizul, Tan, Ikhwan and also Zurano. The name of the place is called Kelong Bagan Lalang.

For this time, we have engineers who are working in Shift A and Shift B BBQing together. Once in a while, have such outing also not a bad thing. I would prefer that we could overnight but too bad my company a bit stingy for our monthly activity.

Let introduce some of my colleagues.


Mr Sara who stay in Seremban travel everyday to KL for work.

Too many BBQ lately, need to stop for a while. Too bad for health. Hehe.


My boss Kingston able to make it for the outing. Travel all the way from office to join us. Not bad rite? Guess how old is he?!

That all for this time. I will be away to Cameron on this weekend (15 March - 16 March). I cannot recall my last visit to Cameron Highlands. Perhaps the last memory I have in Cameron is during my university time. Hehe. Hope to take many nice nice photos there...

The Grand Feast

Let me finalize the last post for my Chinese New Year. Thee Kong prayer is very important festival for Hokkien people like my family. I can consider my dad is very traditional guy and he is very particular about family unity and also few important prayer like reunion dinner, Cheng Ming, Nine Emperors Festival and Thee Kong prayer.

Every year it is a must have roasted pig for Thee Kong prayer. Since we are small, we always waiting for that day because there will be lots of foods and also lots of fire crackers as well. The atmosphere for Thee Kong prayer are more happening compare to first day of Chinese New Year.

You want to know why I say lots lots of food. The pictures below will explained why I named it as The Grand Feast.


As early as 5pm, my dad already get the roasted pig at home.


Can you imagine how crispy is the pork? Are you drooling now?


When the night getting dark, all of us getting busy to prepare everything in order. My parent is the ones who are the most busy people around.


My mum call these "huat kuih". My mum baked this together with miku and ang ku.

Got chicken, fish, duck and also got fresh prawns. Hehe! Drooling!


See how many foods on the table. When talk about Thee Kong prayer, my dad is very serious about all the preparation. He will make sure everything is in order.

This is Ah Guan, my 2nd Bro who only come back on 5th of Chinese New Year because he work as chef in Singapore.

Once everything is finish, haha.. we begin to serbu all the foods on the table. Hehe. We begin our Grand Feast and also playing fire crackers. Hehe.

After miku is ang ku

Haha. Let continue where I have stop previously. After finish making miku, time to make ang ku pulak. Haha. What is angku? Ang Ku is red tortoise like skin with green bean paste inside.


My mum all-in-one tool to shape the ang ku. Pass down by my grandma. Hehe! Dun play play.

Guess who helping my mum? Haha! Of coz not me. My dad. I just busy taking picture for them and wait to eat only.
